Please find the 2019 Tentative and Final Assessment Roll at the Warren County website: http://warrencountyny.gov/rp/rolls/ The NEW STAR Program information can be found at https://www.tax.ny.gov/pit/property/star/star-exemption-program.htm or (518) 457-2036. The assessor’s office is not involved with this process; we only handle STAR exemptions existing prior to 2016 and renewals of Enhanced STAR, and this process is not changing. Those who get the Enhanced STAR must be enrolled in the Income Verification Program (IVP) with NY state. Once enrolled, your exemption will be renewed automatically through NYS. You will not have to renew with your Assessor’s office annually anymore unless you also get the Sr. Citizens’ exemption (AGED) through the City.
